The research proposal I have selected will focus on a technical and detailed analysis of the existing and required capacities for implementing efficient, ethical, and sustainable Artificial Intelligence (AI) in local municipal services in New Mexico. It critically examines the organizational, regulatory, and structural constraints that may affect the integration of AI into public service delivery and evaluates whether these capabilities would improve or hinder community access. In a world increasingly dependent on AI services, ensuring ethical use and maintenance remains fundamental to their effectiveness.
