About Andrew Bride

This research project investigates why local governments in New Mexico employ different policy approaches to housing production and affordability, analyzing land use regulations, fiscal capacities, and their impacts on vulnerable populations. The study will document state and local housing regulations while assessing the needs of underserved communities. By identifying regulatory and fiscal factors affecting housing production, this research aims to advance equity and inclusion in housing policy.
