Find novel and specific inhibitors of glucose transporters based on structure-based virtual screening of commercially available drug-like libraries. Experimentally validated ligands will serve as basis for probe optimization to enhance the potency, efficacy, and specificity of glucose transport inhibitors, which in turn may provide potential therapeutics of metabolic diseases such as cancer, diabetes and others.
